What time should I arrive?
Dinner and Bar Service begins serving 90 minutes before the showtime listed on your ticket. Pre-concert live entertainment from one of Austin’s local musicians begins 60 minutes before showtime. You do not need dinner tickets to come early and enjoy the pre-concert entertainment. Theatre doors open 30 minutes before showtime.

Can I just buy the show without the dinner? Or can I buy just the dinner but not the show?
Yes, dinners are completely optional. Dinner can also be purchased separately at the Will Call Desk on the night of the show and will be based on availability so it is always better to buy your dinners at the same time as purchasing your ticket. Each ticket sold will have that option available to you.
How do I know if the show I want includes dinner?
To tell if your ticket has dinner, please look in the top right corner. Tickets with dinner will clearly say “Dinner and Show Ticket” or “Dinner”. If you ticket says “Reserved”, “Comp”, or “GA”, your ticket does not include dinner.

What is your refund policy?
Neither the ticket, nor the dinner portion can be refunded. If you arrive late for dinner, our waiters and waitresses would be happy to box your food up to go, and keep it refrigerated during the performance, but we will not be able to make an exception to our No Refund policy. Our chef prepares food based on the amount of dinners we have sold for a specific show.
