One World Theatre is an incredible event venue! I have had the pleasure of working there as a planner and then came back to host my own wedding there! The space is so beautiful that very little additional decor is needed. Every corner you turn is thought through with greenery, lighting, and beautiful hill country views. They are flexible & accommodating to their planners & clients and incredibly kind & welcoming. I was so happy to be back recently as a client and will continue to recommend them for future events.

Valerie & Curtis Wedding – October 2015
We choose One World Theatre for our daughter’s wedding because we loved the building and the location. We were introduced to the venue by its very engaging owner, Hartt, who took time to explain how things would work there, and what was included in the price and what we would have to provide. We more or less fell in love with it on the 1st day we saw it and when we viewed other venues we would compare them with One World, which in our eyes won hands down. We had the Piazza for the ceremony, the Celebration Hall room for drinks, and the Theatre for our dance with the stage set up for the band. Our chosen day was very wet, but ended up adding to the occasion as the rain pelted down on the tent while we were all sheltered and dry even. The ushers greeted guests with large umbrellas and all staff did their best to ensure the wedding went according to plan which it did. We were delighted by the entire experience.

Beautiful and unique setting for a wedding. It venue provides so many different options for seating and ceremony. The staff is stellar and they will really take care of you beginning to end.

I recently had my wedding at One World Theatre. It was absolutely perfect! Choosing OWT as our venue was the best decision we made. The set up is perfect for a wedding. We had our ceremony and dinner outside at the piazza, cocktail hour in the celebration hall, and dancing / reception in the theatre. The pictures are stunning with the view in the background. There are so many beautiful picture spots around the whole venue which is a huge plus. The staff is also amazing. We mainly worked with Tracy through the whole process. She was so easy to work with and always quick to respond. She made sure everything was perfect for us. Chef Richard is also great. We went with the catering at OWT and were very pleased. The food was delicious and he worked with us to find perfect options. He even specially made a Gluten-free / Vegan option to cater to a few of our guests. Overall, the guests loved everything and we couldn’t be happier with our decisions! Thank you One World staff for making it so perfect. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Lacy & Raymond Wedding – May 2015
Greatly exceeded our expectations! One World Theater was nothing short of wonderful to us on our wedding day. The management went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always. As for the venue itself, everything was beautiful; the owners are wonderful people and wanted to be involved in our event letting us know if we needed anything they would do their best to accommodate! I recently had my wedding at this venue, and I can say that was the best decision I made next to saying “I do” to my husband. The Venue alone is breathtaking, but the staff is what made my whole experience exceptional. I had the pleasure to work closely with the owners Hartt & Nada Stearns, a wonderful couple! Tracy was the one person I was constantly in contact all throughout my wedding planning. She was always quick to respond and always went above and beyond.  Matt was my day of coordinator and WOW, he was always there when I needed anything. He was on top of the layout and ensured my wedding ran smoothly. Once you visit this venue, you will fall in love. Thank you OWT crew!! You’re the best and you all made my big day come true.

Amanda & John Wedding – March 2015
My wedding at One World Theater on 3/19/2015 was absolutely amazing! The venue is stunning and I got TONS of compliments on my choice of venue. There are multiple ways that you can have your wedding done at OWT. It’s completely up to your tastes. The tented Piazza is amazing because you can use it year-round. On the day of the wedding I met the OWT Production manager and Facility manager; both of these gentlemen helped make the day stress-free! My entire day went off without any issues! I will recommend OWT to EVERYONE. My venue choice may have been the best decision for my wedding.

Centaur 20th Anniversary Party – March 2015
I hosted our company’s 20th Anniversary Party at One World Theatre in March of this year, and it was the best event we’ve had (and, we’ve had many)! It was such a pleasure to plan with Hartt and Tracy, and the options, execution, talent and setting were just perfect! Hartt worked with me for months to make sure we had the perfect talent for our event that would appeal to our crowd ranging from 20 years olds to 70 year olds. And, it was such a success!  We started with cocktails and then moved to the tented piazza for dinner and Dale Watson. One World Theatre did the catering and the food was AMAZING! Then, we moved upstairs to the theatre for Colin Hay and dessert followed by an incredible fireworks show over the canyon from the balconies. It was just the perfect evening. Here is a sampling of some of the feedback from our guests:  ”I’m sure you guys are getting sick and tired of hearing this, but the party on Saturday was completely out-of-this-world awesome. Thanks so much for organizing it.”  ”Kelley and I were both in agreement that the party last night was the best Centaur has ever had! It was truly worthy of a 20th anniversary celebration. Thank you all for the hard work and we would imagine countless hours put into planning and organizing such a fantastic night!”

Wedding I just cannot tell you enough how amazing, beautiful, wonderful, easy, non-stressful, perfect, and unique the wedding was. I have worked briefly in the wedding industry and have been in so many (I think I counted 10 the other day), and ours was so wonderfully unique. One World made everything so easy. We had a BLAST!! Our daughter’s wedding at One World Theatre was a joy from beginning to end. Starting with their professional approach to planning and discussing ideas which made the experience stress free. Costa & Estrada Wedding
Since we have been back from our honeymoon and have talked to family and friends, all we have heard are wonderful reviews of our wedding. They absolutely loved the venue and all the different spaces that they experienced, from the Celebration Hall to the Plaza to the Theatre. Some described our wedding as “fairytale like.” Others raved about the band in the theatre because they thought it was great to have their own private concert. In my eyes it was perfect! The day that I had anticipated being so stressful, was absolutely stress free! I can only remember one wonderful blur! In fact it went so well, and I was having so much fun that I forgot to eat. My guests commented on the lovely food and enjoyed moving through the different spaces. Wow, what can we say….everything was perfect – it is just what we had hoped for. It felt like we were in Europe…all the guests loved it. The food and service was outstanding – they even brought us passed appetizers and drinks while we were taking family photos (nice touch). The bride and groom really loved the private dining experience you suggested…it was not only practical but very romantic too. And all of the guests commented on the venue itself. They were so impressed with the many beautiful environments that they got to experience (Ceremony in the Theatre, cocktails and dinner in the outside Piazza and Celebration Hall, and dancing in the private nightclub setting of the theatre). We had such a great time….it was the most fun wedding ever!! I was so impressed with the One World Theatre crew. Everything was taken care of for me so I could just enjoy myself. I have been trying to think of the one greatest thing about the evening… the dancing in the theatre was so fun that people who don’t normally dance were up and dancing all night long.
